Wednesday, February 3, 2010. Boots are best broken in. I decided I was going to run away this morning.Sometimes it seems easier than facing the decisions I have to make as I grow up. Just run away, get as far away from MY life as I possibly can. I could start college somewhere else, get a job, leave behind everything. A fresh start.A new start. I love that word. It speaks to me. Like a new, fresh piece of paper, begging me to put words and flavor on it. A new friend, exciting and easy to get along with.

There is a big flashing arrow above the "Ditto" sign pointing to the house next door. I thought this house was so funny! It is a brother and sister that live in these two houses. The house with all the lights is tuned to blink with the radio so it was hard to get a picture with all the lights on. It was pretty cute and causing quite the traffic jamb. These were pretty too! Friday, September 11, 2009. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 1 head cauliflower cut into chunks. 4 large potatoes cut into chunks. 1 bunch green onions sliced (whites only reserve greens for garnish). Put all in a large pot to simmer slowly until veggies are done. Then add 2 cups milk and salt and pepper to taste, and puree. (I use the blender). You can top each bowl of soup with the greens from the onions, shredded cheese, bacon crumbles, and/or sour cream. Justin and I have been married for 10 years now!
