Peace Corps in The Gambia. December 22, 2014. Jacy was the brainchild of our pumpkin dessert pies. Finger lickin’ good. We settled for shredded chicken and onion filling for our protein, but thanks to an incredibly perfect care package item from my former site mates, cranberry and candied pecan salad topping, we had the Thanksgiving sweetness in the chicken and the nutty crunch in the pumpkin.
