Peterson Party of 6! Sunday, August 09, 2009. I can't believe that Chloe is already 5 years old! She has been so excited for her birthday and counting down the days. She changed her mind a few times of what she wanted for her birthday, and how she wanted to celebrate. She told me "Mom, I am going to wake you up on my birthday." I said, "you are? I don't want to miss it! It has been really fun watching her be so excited. When she woke up, right away she wanted to know where her balloons were. Oooops!

Peterson Party of 6! Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Chloe's 1st day of preschool - sept. Could that be my youngest daughter looking so grown up? Chloe was soooo excited that today was her first day of pre-school! As soon as Colter left for school she kept asking me how much longer? It was also on clearance so that was a bonus for me! We also found her outfit that she has on, so she was doubly excited about that! Who can pass up an outfit with horses on it for a horse lover? That of course made me smile!

Peterson Party of 6! Sunday, August 09, 2009. I can't believe that Chloe is already 5 years old! She has been so excited for her birthday and counting down the days. She changed her mind a few times of what she wanted for her birthday, and how she wanted to celebrate. She told me "Mom, I am going to wake you up on my birthday." I said, "you are? I don't want to miss it! It has been really fun watching her be so excited. When she woke up, right away she wanted to know where her balloons were. Oooops!

Peterson Party of 6! Tuesday, June 02, 2009. We were so sad to have to say good-by to some very dear friends, the Johnsons- Mark, Amy, Cooper and Olivia. We invited them over for a BBQ before they left for California. It was fun to get together and share some last laughs and fun together. They really made the most of their last day together! Mark and Vicky Van Sickle. Saturday, December 10, 2011. On ordinary Saturday Winter Day. Mark spent most of the day at his USPSA pistol shoot. There were six stages and it lasted until 2pm. At 1pm Evan, Amber, Shaun, and the twins and I went to the Olive Garden for lunch. We all enjoyed the soup and salad lunch and talked for an hour and a half. Well, I had my fist hike since my knee surgery last July. And my knee didn't hurt at all! I hiked with my Friends for Learning group. The rest of me was totally exhausted. We hiked 6.4 miles. Tuesday, February 26, 2013. One of favorite moments with my babies is inhaling them as we snuggle. To say "smelling them" just doesn't do it justice. I love that amazing newborn smell that slowly morphs into baby, toddler, then stinky kid smell. As kids get older that smell changes, my sister Sarah would say "they smell like recess.".
