I wasn't feeling any better this morning so i made an appointment to see my primary care doc. she wasn't sure but also didn't think it was my appendix based on a physical exam. so wtf? So amanda had to take off to study and i continued on. two more laps of murray for a total of four laps of murray lake and one lap of torn shirt. 35 miles of pure singletrack heaven! A day in the life of a recovering acromegalic. Thursday, July 20, 2006. I finally got back on the bike last night. unfortunately, another 10 days had elapsed since my last ride. that's a trend that's happening all too often. i, at least, had a good excuse this time.i'm recovering from bronchitis. i'm still coughing quite a bit but feel fine otherwise. I decided a couple of laps at island lake would be a good start for me. what a nice night it was! I'm not a big fan of the heat and last night was perfect!

Fredag 2 oktober 20-02. Lördag 3 oktober 20-02. Dansyran är ett återkommande arrangemang på OSD i Östersund som går av stapeln två gånger per år, höstyran första helgen i oktober och våryran sista helgen i mars. Under två kvällar dansar vi nonstop i sex timmar, varje kväll till tre av Sveriges bästa dansband. Dansyran är ett traditionellt arrangemang som startades av Ope IF 2005, efter några år som ett samarrangemang är det idag OSD som står som arrangör. OSD KONGRESS/ EVENT/ NÖJE.
