Westmont, Ill. - Westmont police told the driver of this Lexus that he acted irresponsibly by ignoring roadway signs notifying motorists of the road closure on Warwick Ave. This tow truck driver fully submerged himself in icy floodwaters in attempts to retrieve the Lexus, but was unsuccessful.
