August 29, 2009. Stay Young and Live Longer. I have an insight, how to make our body, our life stay young. Look, i always feel scared about getting older and older every day.So, i write this because its really important for me.(and for you too, maybe). Sun bathing for 15 minutes to get vitamin D. Cut the meat, replace foods with vegetables and fruits. You don't want to be a vegan? Replace meat with fish and nuts. Drinking wine (red wine is better) 1-2 glass(s) per day. Replace cow's milk with goat's milk.

January 02, 2009. Yup, baru aja 2008 abis kita lewatin. kyknya baru kemaren gw bikin resolusi. sekarang, udah bikin resolusi lagi. Mmmapa ya resolusi taun ini? 1 IP naik (lagi2). 2 traveling ke 6 negara sekaligus yaitu Malaysia, Singapore, Bangkok, Laos, Vietnam dan Kamboja. 3 dapet pacar yg baik. July 22, 2009. And the journey is done! To realize my posting titled ‘siapa yang mau ikut aku? 8217;, finally, I traveled around Singapore-Malaysia-Phuket&Bangkok, Thailand. Together with 10 people which is my best friend named Pieta. And 8 people from my college, Abi, T ania, Jabat, Wening, Noven, Tias, Aryo and Esa. Those peoples are awesome! We really had fun and that trip makes me feel perfect now. That trip began from 10. July until 19 July 200 9. And that 10 days was really amazing! Things I did :.
