Dar la luz: (literally) to give light; (conversationally) to give birth. Like a snow day, but a whole lot warmer. The impending arrival of Ernesto hastened the end of my second clinical rotation which was outpatient pediatrics. Pediatrics definitely has its pros and cons. While I don't feel like peds. I think the most important thing I learned on this rotation (besides the Spanish word for butt - nalga. Overall, I had a very positive experience in peds. That might be enough to make me want to do peds.

Monday, July 6, 2015. Happy 4th of July (and Fiona is one month! Here are some recent pictures. I thought it was hard to get pictures with 2 kids, 3 is such a challenge! Sleeping babies in milk comas are so sweet. This is how Fiona prefers to sleep when I do not swaddle her. Swaddling helps her stay asleep better, but makes her very angry. Sometimes she just does not want to do the whole picture thing. And sometimes she is fine. Our first was a water wall one, the girls had a blast. Taking Life for a Spin.

Monday, August 25, 2014. These last few weeks have flown by. We keep slowly unpacking, running errands and squeezing in fun. The really close by kids gym had a carnival. We got the girls passes.
