The adventure's of the Cruz family! Sunday, July 13, 2014. Jaxen with Mrs. Mills! June 13, 2013 was the end of year open house at Jaxen's school. It doesn't seem possible that first grade is coming to an end all ready. It was a great year full of ups and downs for Jaxen. He loved his teacher Mrs. Mills and would give her a goodbye hug everyday after school. Thank goodness for great teachers! You did an amazing job! We love you so much! Good luck in 2nd grade! It was a good day to celebrate your life with yummy chocolatey goodness! It's a day that wouldn't be complete without video games and movies too! It truly was a special day and we wish for you to always remember how much you mean to us. Our wish for you is to have the happiest day ever. You deserve it!

The adventure's of the Cruz family! Wednesday, February 25, 2015. Jaxen's First Day of Second Grade! But he kept his smile and jumped into the car ready to go. We met his teacher Mrs. Greenbaum. She was really nice. I think she will be a good teacher for Jaxen. She's been teaching for a long time and you can see that she really loves what she does and I believe she will do well and be understanding with Jaxen's special needs at this time. We love you Jaxen! The adventure's of the Cruz family! Saturday, August 23, 2014. More Photos From Indian Grinding Rock State Park! This was the first meadow we saw as we drove into the park. This sculpture is right behind the The Chaw'se Regional Indian Museum. And park visitor center. Up and down the whole of this tree were holes made by woodpeckers. I thought it added to the beauty of the tree. I couldn't stop looking at this old log. To me it looks like the silhouette of a face. One of two beehives we saw that day.

One of the nice things about living where we do is that it's warm enough in the fall that the swimming pools are still open. Which means that swimming lessons are extended into September and October. Which makes it nice for Jaxen. He loves swimming! This would be his last day of swimming lessons for the year(Sept. 19, 2013). It's been a good couple of months for swimming lessons. Jaxen still has a couple technique...

The park is also one of the few area's in the world where you can find all four types of volcano(plug dome, shield, cinder cone and strato).
