Join Us On Facebook! Program Coordinator, Law La Say, oversees the treatment of a client in Noe Poe Camp. The DARE Network’s work is two fold: Treatment and Prevention and Education. Within these two main areas, we have numerous programs designed to meet the needs of the refugee and migrant populations of Burma.
