Instructional Design Class: Well what do you know

http://www.darjua.blogspot.com/2005/02/well-what-do-you-know.html

Tuesday, February 08, 2005. Well what do you know. I must admit that as time has lapsed, I have gotten more and more discouraged about my project. I had totally forgotten about my last entry and was considering coming up with something new, something different. I am so glad that I received some comments from Lauren and Dr. King. I feel encouraged again. Posted by Maria Merrills at 1:25 PM. February 12, 2005 at 5:12 AM. Maria, I think the grouping. February 13, 2005 at 8:21 AM. View my complete profile.

Instructional Design Class: Needs Assesment

http://www.darjua.blogspot.com/2005/02/needs-assesment.html

Tuesday, February 15, 2005. Kaufman defines need-based assessment as the gap between current results and required results. For my project, I am going to design relevant-online writing assignments for my freshman writing course. One of my course objectives is to give students skills they need to be competitive in the marketplace. I also would like the students to be able to transfer their knowledge beyond expository writing styles. Will this assignment meet these needs? Is it relevant to the students?

Lauren Pressley's Instructional Design Blog. This is a blog that I composed as part of LIS 672. For the Master's degree in Library and Information Science. Program. The blog chronicles the course reading and discussion as well as my personal project. I presented this evening in MOO. what a crazy experience! Normally I try to prepare twice the needed materials for an in-person presentation. In MOO, I think it'd be useful to prepare half. I'll reflect more on this later.
