Name: World Wide Stout. Style: American Double / Imperial Stout. Appearance: Pours with the appearance of deep mahogany, turning to opaque blackness in the glass. Not overly thick. The eighth inch tan head disappears very quickly after the pour, as is common with high alcohol brews. Mouthfeel: A medium to heavy body that is not overly syrupy. As foreshadowed by the subtlety of the head, the carbonation level is relatively low but none the less contributes a hint of crispness. Name: Smoked Baltic Porter.
