看了一陣子的房子, 從竹北一路看回新竹來, 最後選定光復路旁的芬蘭做為看屋的目標, 雖然對這建商不是太有好感, 但是建案的位置的確是棒, 就在光復路邊, 離園區近, 離馬偕也不算太遠, 房價相對好像有比較便宜一點這樣, 於是約了個假日, 開始我們的芬蘭看屋計畫囉. 一開始當然是什麼都看啊, 高/中/低, 3房/4房, 一車位/兩車位, 面中庭/面綠園道, 看了10幾間有吧, 最後的心得是我們應該會找4房的房型就是了, 3房的空間真的很有壓迫感, 樓層和面向倒是很有志一同的不在意了.價錢最重要. 之後其實是有看上幾間啦, 甚至還有下過斡旋的, 不過當然最後沒買到, 這中間有遇過同仲介公司最後打來說請我們不要買他們公司的房子, 還有帶看時有遇到屋主, 沒想到屋主居然是已經把房子出租的了, 有屋主是買下來沒幾天就要賣出的, 甚至連他自己的過戶都還沒完成. 過了半年之後我們又開始看房子了, 最近其實是先從二期那邊開始看起, 想說是十興國小學區, 成功國中又已經在興建中了, 將來如果有小朋友, 15歲之前其實都用走路的就可以上學, 又加上十興國小是大家都說不錯的雙語小學, 所以在那邊看了不少房子這樣. 可能的缺點...
