I am moving to a new apartment that shortens my commute by about 100 yards. The new place has a mountain to the east (the old place has the mountain to the west) so I can see sunsets now and don't see sunrise 'til 10am or so, which fits my schedule. The apt also has an actual yard. Little pikachu-shaped dogs flounce in it under the mango and avacado trees.
