Sunday, March 20, 2011. About the size of a Navel Orange (4.5 inches, 2-3 ounces). According to the dr's scale, 8 lbs, but I don't think that's right because my scale at home shows about 1-2 lbs. Jeans - who knew they were so comfy! A few tops, but a lot of pre-maternity tops should fit for a long time. We find out April 26th! I have my inklings, but we'll see what happens! Monday, February 27, 2012. Word of the Year. For 2012, I have chosen the word BOLD. In Bible Study Fellowship, we are studying the book of Acts. If Paul was anything, he was bold! I remember my answer to one of the questions at the beginning of the year was "Bold = Effective" - and that really struck a chord with me. Everywhere I turn, I see that word. I like it :). Also in BSF, I came across 2 Corinthians 3:12 - "Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold.". I now have a verse for 2012!

Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Our traditional sparkling white grape juice toast on New Year's Eve. I started the year without any hair. I drove daily (M-F) to radiation every week in January. I enjoyed watching M1 play basketball, M1 and M2 play baseball and soccer, M3 play softball and swim and M4 play his first season of soccer. I was declared "cancer-free". My husband took me on a wonderful, week-long vacation to Hawaii. M1 has grown gracefully into a teenager. Celebrated my parents 45th anniversary.
