While we were exploring we found this picturesque cove that lies between positano and amalfi. i saw this exact cove in a travel book a year before and totally fantasized about seeing this place. i about died when daron and i stumbled upon it. Travel dream come true! Wore these shoes every single day of our trip. They were the only ones i packed. I was so nervous about shoes. But these babies held up great. They are mouth-watering and as big as your head! The bed and breakfast we stayed at).

Dec 12, 2013. That day he went sledding. Seriously dad, do i have. To wear this hat? Nope, you don't! Grandpa steve, you're the best! Carter was obsessed with eating the snow! I'm afraid he may have gotten this from me. I have this problem where if i see snow i have to eat a handful. daron is always so embarrassed when i do. i always tell him, "but it's tradition! Buthe doesn't buy it ;). It was a very last minute thing since we didn't think there would be enough snow to sled we didn't bring any clothes!

Jan 26, 2015. An oversized rain coat. Carter and i played outside in the rain today. I was reminded, yet again, that i need to get him a raincoat and boots that fit him. However, he doesn't really seem to mind. We looked at lots of snails, chatted about the "half-moon" and he begged my pregnant self to race him around the block. Daron's mom came into town last week and truly saved the day for this pregnant lady. she took care of our busy toddler, cooked, cleaned, organized, helped us feel more settled into our new home and - my favorite - helped me feel more prepared for this little girl to come. We literally had an earthly angel in our midst. I laid down every day she was here. i couldn't believe how good i felt! You know that crippled-old-lady thing i talked about before? Yeah dad, i love.

Aug 28, 2012. We have been here in Helena for about a month now. We miss Minnesota, but it has been really nice to be with family. Tate is loving it! He stays busy all day long playing and doing his duties around the house. He lets Daisy out in the morning, feeds her morning and night and gets the mail everyday, and picks up all the pine cones.
