Sunday, January 2, 2011. Maybe just a few:). OK, so I haven't updated anything since the race report from Ironman Florida. To catch you up, I haven't been doing much training at all. A couple weeks after the race, I aggravated my IT band and for the last 4 weeks has been non existent. Thankfully, cycling doesn't irritate the injury and I have discovered mountain biking. Monday, November 15, 2010. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7. I worked Monday and Tuesday of race week and headed to Panama City Beach with Michael on Wednesday…in a monsoon. We made it down in time to get checked in at Ironman central on Wednesday. So, Thursday, we would sleep in before getting out and running a few errands and going for a bike ride. Lea Ann, Dylan, and Dawson drove in Thursday evening as well. Wooo, go dad! I’m most thank...

Monday, January 25, 2010. Wow, 2010 is off and running and this year is already showing promises of great things! It started out really cold.really, really cold. I ended up sitting out the MS Blues because of the injuries i inflicted upon myself trying to snowboard with my kids. It really ended up being a blessing.
