今年放core無去旅行，多左時間係屋企，硏究左幾樣新投資，但最後都無作出任何行動，現簡略記低考慮過既要點。 大約半年前開始諗買入Apple，利好因素係極受歡迎既產品和唔算高的巿盈率，但當時始終都係擔心iphone5既質量和從未投資過美股，最後告吹。經歷過最高位的700蚊美金，現在股價又回到640蚊附近。 Iphone5比想像中更好，機身薄和輕，目前推出接近一個月，只出現了地圖和機身易花問題，對比4s時的接收問題，微不足道。 Mini ipad極大可能在第4季推出，好有理由相信可以打低其他同類型對手。 Apple之所以有今曰咁勁，係因為佢地既產品改變了巿場，而不是改良巿場現有既野。從最新既iphone和iPad，我地只係見到改善，追求更快更輕更靚既產品，而再唔係令人意想不到既野。這個走勢，大家還記得sony嗎? 過份地追求質量，最終只會令到供應商吃不消。iPhone5出唔切貨已經係一個好例子，短期我相信供應商會因為做唔到合約的出貨量而賠錢，但長遠對apple的形象和與供應商的關係造成重大影響。 Posted by Darth Mike. 訂閱： 發佈留言 (Atom).

昨晚原本約好打籃球，點知因為場地濕滑，換哂衫都打唔成，返到屋企後決定去跑步。 去了元朗大球場，這裡近年成為了天水圍飛馬的主場，連草地都靚埋。去到大球場，發現熟悉的運動服和校服，原來今天正是本人母校元中的運動會，看見很多學生在布置場地。我的中學分為元、朗、中、學四個社，昨晚所見，唯獨是本人所屬的朗社人影都無隻，只係聽到佢地話聽朝七點見，真係夠哂淡定。 今次跑步以慢跑兩圈再行一個圈為一個循環，循環之間加入數分鐘的足部拉筋，重複了四次，出了一身大汗，加埋事前的熱身及事後的鬆筋，用了個多小時。 Posted by Darth Mike. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 因為QE3的關係，似乎全世界都認為金價真係會不斷上升。幾年前已經留意有咩方法去投資黃金，最好最方便都係黃金ETF。香港現時有兩隻，SPDR入場平d同埋成交多d，恵理就管理費平d。 有膽就入啦，不過我就無，真係唔識估，加上黃金唔似上巿公司，唔會製造收入，無復利可言。 但根據人棄我取理論，現在確是入巿良機。香港現有幾隻A股指數ETF，很多選擇，有實貨既，亦有以人民幣計價的。 另類博內地股巿反彈既方法係買H股，因為多數一齊升，買得好隨時升凸。再唔係買內險亦得，A股升即係佢地既投資收入上升。 我因為已經有接近一半的股票是內銀股，所以目前都唔想加大對內地的投資，即使會也應該用在加碼內銀股。 Posted by Darth Mike. 狗股兄竟然連我這篇在舊blog的舊文都睇埋，十分捧場，多謝多謝！ 訂閱： 發佈留言 (Atom). 伊坂幸太郎 - Lush Life. 又睇完一本伊坂幸太郎既書，今次睇既係佢係2002年既出版既《Lush Life》，即是他第二本出版的小說。此書一如佢既其他作品，故事含有正面的意義和極度複雜的結構，相比起之前我已經睇左個三本佢既小說，《Lush Life》算得上係最複雜，故事以起碼五條線去發展，當中既時間仲要係以非線性進行。好坦白講，我睇完呢本書之後，要再用多一日既時間去消化整個故事，再要用紙筆協助下，才可以一目了然地整理出全個故事的時序。這才只是伊坂幸太郎的第二本小書，但竟然已經可以建構出一個咁複雜的故事，難能可貴是當中並無犯搏，實在變態。 好簡略咁講，《Lush Life》想講既係社會經常都會發生唔同既事，無論處境去到幾壞，其實都仲可以有轉機，日日都有人做主角，係全無準備既情況下，亦可能會發生一些事，將人生完全改變，可能向好，亦可能向壞。 總之，就好似書入面提到好多次Beatles既〈Here comes the sun〉既歌詞一樣，It's all right。 Posted by Darth Mike. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 伊坂幸太郎 - Golden Slumbers, 奧杜邦的祈禱. 最初睇既係《Golden Slumbers：宅配男與披頭四搖籃曲》，在舊年的香港國際電影節已經看了這部小說的 電影版. 65292;所以算得上係知道哂劇情咁睇。故事幾有趣，主角本身只是小人物一個，無端端被老屈成為殺死總統的狙擊手，成本書講佢點樣逃亡。暗殺事件背後的組織強大得無法形容，主角基本上完全無得比，只係憑著不斷逃走和得到很多怪人和舊朋友的幫忙來應付。 之後睇既係《奧杜邦的祈禱》，伊坂幸太郎的出道之作，很明顯睇得出書內的主角正是伊坂幸太郎以自身為藍本創作出來的。相對於後期作品，這書亦充滿解迷的情節，可能就係因為咁，所以有很多人稱他為推理小說作者，雖然我絕不認同。 兩本書其實都有一個共通點，就是現實是殘忍的，大部份時間我們也沒有選擇的空間和能力，能夠逃走的，便盡力逃走，不能夠避過的，便忍痛地承受吧。 Posted by Darth Mike. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). Darth Mike Movie Record. 紀錄每部入場觀看的電影， 記下每個觸動心靈的劇本。 唔經唔覺，已經停寫movie record數月了。 無錯，我已經唔會再為所有入戲院睇的戲寫下感想了，這是在2010年十二月尾下的決定。 因為時間接近的關係，我要聲明，這和結婚是完全沒有關係的，獎門人甚至對此決定表示可惜，畢竟她也是一個影迷。 大大話話，呢個blog都已經寫左好多年了。寫出來的東西是好是壞，我無法評價，但事實上，我是寫得絕不輕鬆的。基本上那短短的數百字，總是要花上差不多一小時去寫。無形中，這亦是一種壓力，在睇戲的時候已經開始諗點寫影評，難免有一點抽離。在放棄後的這數月，已經看了很多部電影，感覺上的確是可以更加投入。 好笑既係，為了不受別人的觀感所影響，我在寫作前是不看其他人的影評的。但又因為我成日都好遲先寫，所以大部份時間我是睇唔到其他人的睇法。 另一方面，畢竟也寫了這麼多年(可惜既係，留言始終都係咁少)，也是時候把心力放在自己的其他興趣吧。 Posted by Darth Mike.
