This is the first day I've been able to walk unaided in a while, which is lucky because cleaning the house and cooking a damned fine meal in any other state would be quite difficult. I'm still in the most excruciating, constant and unrelenting pain I've ever experienced. My spine is burning. But hey you gotta look on the bright side ant'ya?

Here are the pictures. My brave girlfriend on the submerged stepping stones, where the limestone gorge pushes you out into the river.
