A calcium and protein rich snack that feels like an indulgence, but it’s only healthy ingredients. Perfect for adults and kids. Enjoy! 500g plain Greek yoghurt. 1-2 heaped tsp honey. 4 tbs shredded coconut. 1/4 cup frozen raspberries. 3 tbs pepita seeds. Line a tray with baking paper. Freeze for 2-4 hours.

Middot; Leave a comment. 4 slices wholegrain bread (I used gluten free). Handful berries- fresh or frozen. 1 square dark choc (I recommend 70% ). Beat the eggs together until light and fluffy. Dip the bread, one piece at a time into the egg mixture until well coated. Spray a pan with a little oil and turn on low-medium heat. Place bread, one at a time onto the pan.
