Wednesday, August 12, 2009. 2 tbsp. oil. 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 tbsp. honey. 1 tbsp. lime juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp. pepper/lemon pepper. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves. 1 Mix first seven ingredients. 2 Add chicken breasts, turning to coat. 3 Let chicken sit in marinade. 4 Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes (turning once), or until cooked through.
