Maybe this just wasn’t the producer or vintage for me, so I picked up something different. A few months ago, Chef and I went to Corkbuzz and tasted a 2003 R. López de Heredia Viña Gravonia Crianza that I loved, so I picked up a bottle of the 2001 to try (another of the 2003 is already chilling out at home).
