EXPEDITION: Birdwatching at Mai Po Nature Reserve - Hong Kong Explorers Initiative - Hong Kong Explorers Initiative

EXPEDITION: Birdwatching at Mai Po Nature Reserve. This will be a private guided tour in English through Mai Po Nature Reserve. It will last 3 hours, beginning from 9:30am. Sheets for “Bird Bingo”, an original HKEI game where you try to tick off as many bird sightings as possible, will be handed out 🙂 HKEI will provide a bird guide for reference during the trip. To learn about and take pictures of birds, particularly those native to Hong Kong. Meet places and times:. 9:30 am: Tour start.

Become an Explorer! - Hong Kong Explorers Initiative - Hong Kong Explorers Initiative

Everyone and anyone is invited to participate in the Initiative in whichever way they can. Conduct research online or at a library and add information to the database. Help to manage the database by cleaning up, fact-checking and organizing information. Go out on your own to find specimens, recording information about their location and taking pictures if possible, then adding your findings to the database. Join an expedition organized by HKEI or by a fellow Explorer. Check our Events page.
