http://love-beyond-life.blogspot.com/2012/01/sudden-thoughts.html
This is how we know what real love is: Jesus gave His life for us.' 1 John 3:16. Monday, 16 January 2012. I haven't posted anything in aggggeeessssssssss! But this suddenly came to me last night and I couldn't ignore it. I'd heard this as a fact so many times before, but I think this time God wanted me to accept it greater than ever. Even when I got into bed that night I was thinking, how can God rejoice over my weaknesses, my insecurities, those parts of me that are so messed up? So after the loving yet...

This is how we know what real love is: Jesus gave His life for us.' 1 John 3:16. Saturday, 5 February 2011. A few weeks ago I decided to read through Proverbs- which, by the way, is an absolutely incredible book of the Bible full of wisdom (obviously, as Solomon wrote it! And really powerful words. One night when I was reading it, two passages in particular stood out for me. The appetite of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, but the appetite of the diligent is abundantly supplied. The first verse says...

Natalie's Natterings: He works for good in everything...
http://nattering-natalie.blogspot.com/2010/07/he-works-for-good-in-everything.html
Things that cross my mind. Monday, 19 July 2010. He works for good in everything. Why would you let this happen? I haven't found any answers to those questions. Instead I've found a whole new depth to my relationship with God. A relationship not based on the answered questions and the seen miracles, but a relationship based on the unanswerable and the unseen. A relationship that knows one things for sure: God is God. When God prompted Moses he asked why him? I have known and seen God as the comforter.

Natalie's Natterings: Ready and raring to go!!!!!!!
http://nattering-natalie.blogspot.com/2010/07/ready-and-raring-to-go.html
Things that cross my mind. Thursday, 22 July 2010. Ready and raring to go! So this time tomorrow I will be with a fantastic group of people in Albania. I seriously cannot wait! I know God is going to do amazing things whilst we are out there not just in the country, but in the team as well. It is a completely new experience for me to go to a different country with the church. I feel pretty nervous about everything I'm involved in, purely because I want to give the trip everything I have. Just thought tha...

Natalie's Natterings: Dry Bones
http://nattering-natalie.blogspot.com/2011/06/dry-bones.html
Things that cross my mind. Wednesday, 29 June 2011. It has been a really long time since I last posted a blog. So much has happened:. I am learning to drive :). I have finished all of my AS exams. I have started to look around several universities - hugely scary! I have been to Auschwitz on a history trip - very eye opening. I have preached at LIFE. And loads more exciting things! I decided to look into the passage that inspired the song, Ezekiel 37. He said to me, ". Son of man, can these bones live?

Wednesday, 14 November 2012. Make a lovely sound. Words and pieces falling. Death unto the ground. Do we love the autumn leaves. Or the pictures our thoughts paint? The glances, glimpses, sun-struck. Crunches, sheened and pruned. And in my eye. To be made again. Cleft, Bereft. They call my house. A symbol of heart-ache: things. Coming undone. But I, at its. Heart, find joy in the jump. Across the divide with a thump, a thump. Yes in the rain it’s a bit of. A piddle, but dry skies draw back.

Wednesday, 4 January 2012. Today, I ate a boiled egg. I had a beautiful Christmas, spending time with my family. We're a small and rather tight-knight group, who refer to ourselves as 'The Buzzards' and make frequent bird of prey jokes. It's a little embarrassing how often, when out for a walk, somebody will spot a bird circling ahead, point and shout, "Look it's one of our relations! The World's Oldest Video Camera. Sunday, 20 May 2012. Faith is both hard and easy. We walk the line of duality:. Trudging soldiers and soaring eagles. On a narrow way,. But on we go,. With fingers curled tight about the thumb of a Father;. No weight to our confused. The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives.
