This is one of my very favorite things about missouri.the huge trees, stunning fall colors.i love to look out over the rolling hills, covered in oranges and yellows and reds. i love to drive down a tree-lined road in the fall.it feels like i'm driving through a rainbow. I love the fall! Pumpkin-flavored everything, thanksgiving, jackets, apples, bonfires, snuggling and big blankets.ah, so cozy! I love fall too.

We may not have it all together, but together we have it all! Thursday, March 11, 2010. Aubrey got baptized Sunday, March 7, 2010. It was an awesome night.she shared her baptism with Amber Lorenc! Amber's mom, Jamie, and I have been best friends since we were 12.and we had our first baby girls a day apart! It was really fun and really special for these girls to share their special day, they are great friends and I am so proud of them both! I think she's one lucky little girl to have such a great dad!

The title might be misleading. I thought I'd walk you through some of the joys of Christmas with our family. Obviously, we just bought our REAL Christmas tree (Glenn insists) from Home Depot. Yea. You read it. Home Depot. I'm completely satisfied with driving only 5 miles from home to pick out "the tree" among 100's. That's about as close to the woods or tree farm as I get. The others are from our day at the pool when my cute girlfriend Kelly came into town. Our backyard is so wonderful to enjoy, and we are probably 90% done! It's always a treat to get to go together as a family to the Please Touch Museum. Josh loves showing David all of the great exhibits there.
