We spent all morning on christmas eve at the urgent care center. dreydan was playing with the stockings that were hung on a shelf with a metal stocking holder. it fell down right on his lip and split it open! Once we were finally done at urgent care we headed over to the white's for some ginger bread house making and presents. Five days later dreydan got the stitches out and he was as good as new.

Taylor was busy, she moved about 20 of the smaller pumpkins and made her own pile of them in the walk way. It was fun to see some new pictures of the kids. I can't believe how big they've gotten. Monday, January 19, 2009. I never in my life have held a gun, let alone shoot one obviously! So it was due time to try it out. Five of us girls got together and went to Doug's shoot and sports. We rented a gun and 2 other girls brought 3 other guns. My favorite gun was the 9 mm! Oh baby yes I will have one of those some day! Friday, September 12, 2008. Taylor's first day of preschool. Monday September 8th was Taylor's first day at Preschool. She goes to class 2 days a week for 3 hours each day. For the first day I got to go with her so she could get used to the class. She meet some friends and played with the toys. After about 40 min. there she was ready to go. Wednesday was her first real day of preschool. They said she did well and only cried a few times. So hopefully she'll get used to it and love school. Happy 4th of July.

I just thought these were cute pictures of them drawing together. Riley is striking a manly pose and yes Addy is sticking the pen up her nose. When they were finished Addy had drawn all over her paper and her face. Happy 4th of July.

Saturday, August 20, 2011. Our community pool finally opened this summer! We went every possible afternoon we could. it was so convienent. just down the street, didn't cost money (other than homeowners), there was always a friend there, we knew the lifeguards, my kids could buy their own sno cones, etc. my kids LOVE the water. we'd go to swim lessons in the morning and then to the pool in the afternoon. It made for a GREAT summer! You even have a waterslide! April 26, 2012. We are a Krew!

The day before i celebrated with katherine and jen. we went to lunch at paradise, shopping at nordstrom's rack, home for a bit and then back out that night for pedicures, dinner, and more shopping at Target! Katherine's the gal to shop with. she has great taste. The actual morning, i started the day out with my morning work out. we walked almost every morning of the summer! Picture taken by 4 yr old caroline. Then off to brunch at Grand America for another bridal shower for kelsey.

And Then There Were Four. Monday, May 7, 2012. I wanted to do a quick update on where we are with Kate. I mentioned last post that we would be going back up to UNC for Kate to get a spinal tap which would check her spinal fluid for vitamin deficiencies. Deficiencies in certain things could have been the cause of her seizures and would have been treatable. In the meantime Kate is continuing to receive therapy 3 times a week and we are starting to see glimmers of progress there! Friday, March 2, 2012.
