Monday, May 3, 2010. Today was the Grand Opening for the new WinCo Foods store in Ogden. I don't typically go to grand openings, but I've been looking forward to WinCo opening so I thought I might as well be brave and go. Besides having to park 2 blocks away, Max and I almost freezing to death while standing in the. Line to enter the store (1 hour), the crowd of about a.
