All kinds of events took place and it was fun having Nate, Lori and Reese around along with Ben, Caitlin and in Nov. Wyatt. Sorry there are so many pictures but I was not sure how else to show them. Lori ran a half marathon in Sept. and we were able. To go and support her. Grandpa and Reese waiting for the race to start.

Thursday, April 2, 2009. South Dakota and Mt. Rushmore. We drove to Drew's conference tournament with SUU and on the way home stopped at Mt. Rushmore. It had just snowed and was beautiful! Drew's team won one and lost to the conference champs, North Dakota State. It was a lot of driving, but worth it. Our Visit to Spokane 3/09. We drove to Spokane to visit Adam for his birthday and to see our little granddaughter, Brynnley. We had a wonderful visit. Wednesday, February 18, 2009. Two new little grandbabies.

She was sitting on mommy's lap and reached out to Grandpa and the moment she got on my lap, she immediately knew what to do. She had so much fun. But Ryne and Penny had their boat time too. boys will be boys
Boys will be boys. It took us over 9 years but we finally made it back to Southern California for a quick visit. I wish we would have done it many years ago, but better late than never! We always planned on taking the boys to Disneyland, but with family reunions, school, and busy work schedules it just hadn't happened.yet. My mom called and offered to watch the boys so how could we resist a trip for the two of us? Luckily our great friends Darcy and Curtis are still the area which made it extra fun.
