The Deines Family: Poll
http://thedeinesfamily.blogspot.com/2009/07/poll.html
Sunday, July 19, 2009. Our carpentry job, which we were originally told would only take 1 day, has now turned into a 4 day job. So I don't have any pictures of completed work yet. Let's just say that some of the work was not done correctly, and they are coming back to redo it. Thanks, Daddy, for pointing out all of their mistakes! We have a large dog, 2 cats, and a toddler. The carpet in our bedrooms will need to be replaced soon if we don't get laminate flooring in those rooms. Comments are welcome too.

The Deines Family: May 2009
http://thedeinesfamily.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 28, 2009. Is touring nurseries today, and Reese's nursery happens to be my favorite room in our home. Welcome to his elephant nursery! The day I found out I was having a boy, my mom and I looked at this bedding from Pottery Barn Kids. I love elephants and I knew it was exactly what I wanted, but it almost sold out before I got my hands on it. We were able to get everything but the elephant sheets. Made the cute "R" painting and my mom painted the antique dresser. I love the elephant lamp.

The coconut I had (those of you that know me well are not surprised I got a coconut one) was awesome and the icing tasted like twinkies filling. Brad got an Oreo Madness cupcake. He liked it but said his heart still belongs to Sprinkles. Shopping. The temps will be much warmer tomorrow. highs in the upper 30's.wow, that's unseasonably warm! Posted by Brad and Tammy.

So far Deacon has shown little-to-no interest in walking but this kid can scale boxes like a champ. Check out the one handed box climbing! Lilly, looking as cute as a button.a really, really cute button! These two had such a blast playing in their "box-tunnel". Although Deacon much prefered to climb over the box-tunnel instead of under it! Posted by Gabe and Monica.

Thursday, May 28, 2009. Taiwan, I love you. If i am truly honest with myself,. I would have to say i have not always been proud of being Asian. not that i dislike being asian, but i never really live out fully who God has created me to be. i know i struggled a lot with this while i was in middle school- -. Looking back, by the grace of God, he has changed my heart. He truly has! I was born into a malaysian chinese taiwanese family. So that I could help translate (from english to chinese and vice versa).

Growing by Degrees: Our first big decision
http://nathanandabby.blogspot.com/2008/01/our-first-big-decision.html
God is growing our family, our hearts, and our understanding of Him, and He didn't even wait for us to finish school first. That's a good thing.we're going to be here a while. Trey, Christina, Jay, Logan, and Noah. Sunday, January 30, 2011. The Story of the Broken Femur. The 'story' of how. Logan broke his femur was really not that exciting, traumatic, or even interesting, but I wanted to get on here and blog about how it happened simply so that I wouldn't forget. (I am forgetting more and more these days! I never once thought, 'Oh, that is so dangerous! I think Logan broke his leg.' (He later said to me, 'Do you know how random and weird it is to get a text that says that!
