Our journey through parenthood. Archive September, 2013. March 1st, 2013 – A gift from God – Avery Lind Dowling. It’s hard to believe that our little princess is already almost 7 months old. Avery Lind is a gift from God. Simply amazing. We’ve so enjoyed our introduction into parenthood. Sure, there have been ups and downs – but that is expected! Avery was born on her due date – March 1st, 2013 at 11:52 in the morning. She was 7lbs even and 19″ long. The birth was relatively easy! I felt very lucky!

She is more and more active each day – so I had to really work hard to get her 7 month pictures taken. She was so fun though while we were taking them. Our journey through parenthood. The bump goes to Hawaii…. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted and we’ve entered the third and FINAL trimester! I think I’ve said this a lot, but this pregnancy seriously is flying by. It’s all starting to feel very real now….and I am not going to lie, I’m terrified! So many unknowns – the birth for one thing (not looking forward to that pain! We have 65 days left until the due date! Here is a picture from Hawaii showcasing the bump @ 29 weeks! Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Dylan has lost a total of 5 teeth now! The tooth fairy has been busy recently! In addition to the tooth he lost when he was 1.5, he's had 4 wiggly ones that have fallen out. He lost 3 pretty closely together, two in February and one in March. Now he's missing his two front teeth on the top! The last one he lost I had tried to pull out a few times, after I had him ice it on a popsicle, but the thing wouldn't come out!
