Saturday, April 24, 2010. Snowstorms, Gargage Sales, Tulips, and Goose Eggs! This goose on the rocks by the waterfall at Thanksgiving Point seems to be protecting one BIG goose egg! Today was a beautiful day here in Utah! You should have been there to "tiptoe through the tulips" with us. Adam and Becky are enjoying the beautiful day and the beautiful gardens. There are 250,000 tulips planted at Thanksgiving Point. Becky said she never dreamed there were so many different kinds and colors of tulips.

Saturday, January 8, 2011. Celebrating Christmas and New Years. We left Becky, Scott, and Adam and went up to Dan and Betsy's to spend the rest of Christmas eve with them. We enjoyed special pancakes that are part of Betsy's family traditions, the kids got to open presents of new slippers and pjs, and we read Christmas stories before bedtime. Thursday, July 5, 2012. We worked, and worked. Painted in the hot sun, and by flashlight. And showed our skills doing the Chicken Dance. It takes a lot longer to put on the shingles, and takes more sheet metal than we ever imagined. Yeah Dylan, super shingle cutter! He used up all the sheet metal Jef had been storing. Sunday, March 29, 2009. We had a great visit with Lydia and the kids! I drove home on Tuesday, the 8 hour drive went by fast because I listened to the rest of New Moon and started on Elipse. It was a beautiful day but after I got home it began snowing so I was glad I missed the storm! I don't know if I will drive or fly down in April to take my turn as Lydia's patient but I will probably borrow the CD's again. I spent Wednesday and Thursday house cleaning and running errands. Friday, November 20, 2009. This has been a very fun month! I started out in Vermont for a week watching the kids while Emily and Austin went to a conference in Arizona and then just enjoying being with the family. I feel bad that I didn't take any pictures, it was just very relaxing. Then Austin put me on the train for New York and Sam picked me up at Penn Station.
