Tuesday, September 18, 2012. At the beginning of July, I took the kids to California with my mom. Adam wasn't able to take the time off work to come with us. :(. My mom works for Jet Blue, so we were able to fly free on her buddy passes. We stayed some of our nights in California at my Aunt Carol and Uncle John's house and a couple of the nights at hotels. Austin was entertained forever with this seaweed! Kylee and the seagulls. The highlight of the day for Kylee. Kylee loved the Lego mom and Lego baby.

Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Picnic in the Canyon. There's nothing better to do in Utah than spend a day in the mountains. I always forget how much I love it til I get there and then I wonder why I'm not there every day! We went to Provo Canyon with my family a couple weeks ago. We had a picnic and then hiked around with the kids. Adam and Ryan got invited to join in a football game with some Mexican family; at first they said no but these guys were persistant! They played and ended up having a lot of fun.

Saturday, December 31, 2011. Because he works in retail, Adam ALWAYS has to work Christmas Eve day. It stinks, but it's a busy time of year at his store (especially this year, yay! Saturday, June 2, 2012. End of the Schoolyear Party! Big brother helping sister on the slide. Warming up after being in the cold water. She was obsessed with this scooter. I don't know who it belonged to, but they were nice enough to let her ride it the whole two hours we were there. Lining up for the races! This girl LOVES to dance and was imitating all the actions the preschoolers were doing. He got a case of the giggles in the middle of the vampire song. Miss Lizzie and Miss Mindy. Tuesday, October 16, 2012. 2 kids in school! Yea for back to school! Ethan is in 3rd grade this year. Ethan doesn't exactly love school, so he dreaded going back. It took him a little while to adjust back to the routine of sitting in class all day instead of riding bikes, swimming, playing video games, and staying up late like he had been all summer, but he is doing great. Thursday, July 21, 2011. Here's a few random pictures from various things this summer. Oh sweet, silly Kylee. She was soooo slow to learn to walk. She took her first steps at 18 months! But even after she knew how to walk, for a while she would walk on her knees everywhere. Here she is walkin' along on her knees, even when she knew how to walk on her feet. She loves to dress up, whether it's other people's shoes, headbands and bows, sunglasses, hats, or even Batman masks. I don't think this has ever happ...

Thursday, May 26, 2011. A couple weeks ago the 1st grade went to the zoo on a field trip. I drove up in my own car and met them because Austin wanted to join Ethan on the trip. Friday, April 15, 2011. For Spring Break we went to St. George for a little getaway. Adam was in California with his childhood best friends for a little boys weekend, so I invited my mom to join us in St. George. We spent our time relaxing, swimming, eating, hiking, mini-golfing, shopping, and visiting with some relatives. Tuesday, October 16, 2012. We took the kids to the zoo a few weeks ago. The boys were very disappointed because their favorite three things were closed: the train, the playground, and the giraffes. Luckily, the new section with the polar bear and sea lions was open so it was still a lot of fun. That face is the cutest. Gotta have the Barbies to play with in the water. 2 kids in school!
