Project Pine: August 2012
http://tonifrantz.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 2, 2012. I am way behind on posting this, but oh well. I want to document it anyway. At the end of June, we took Kate to her first Dodger game. Obviously, this was a momentous occasion for this Dodger loving family (especially Peter). We were fortunate enough to have tickets in a box (thanks leftover points from an old credit card) which was perfect for our little one. She was able to spread out and play and I was able to nurse her {sorta} discreetly. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Project Pine: March 2012
http://tonifrantz.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 30, 2012. I called Peter at work to let him know this was it. Go time. His excitement perked me up at bit. I still couldn’t believe (or admit) that I was just going to walk right into the hospital, without any contractions, be hooked up to the bed, and start labor. But that is exactly what happened. And then Peter finally said, “It’s a girl! She’s a girl! And I knew it. Deep down, I always knew who she was. Kate was alert and crying immediately. She latched on and nursed right away....Since...

V is for Voyage: beat the heat with a jellyfish!
http://vanessanoel.blogspot.com/2009/07/beat-heat-with-jellyfish.html
Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Beat the heat with a jellyfish! Back in April, I bought 3 tickets (knowing that Jessica would be here visiting) to see Death Cab for Cutie at the Greek in Berkeley. Saturday, it was finally time to rock out - and get out of the valley heat! None of us had been to the aquarium in the recent past and we figured it was time for a visit. Just in time for the "Secret Life of Sea Horses" Exhibit in fact! I love these little guys! This is a Sea Horse! Look at that camouflage! My travel...

Project Pine: kate's dedication
http://tonifrantz.blogspot.com/2012/10/kates-dedication.html
Sunday, October 7, 2012. A couple weeks ago, we dedicated Kate in our church. This was very important to Peter and I and we were so happy our family and friends were there to join us and celebrate. Baby dedication is a decision made by the parents to raise their child in a Godly, loving home. We love our church. We love that it is multi-generational. We are excited to raise Kate in our church and we pray that she grows to love the Lord. October 7, 2012 at 5:50 PM. October 7, 2012 at 10:21 PM.

My Small Town Life. Thursday, June 23, 2011. Our second grandchild arrived on Monday, June 20 at 10:56 pm, and boy was he worth waiting for! Charlie Aaron weighed in at 11 lbs 6 oz and was 23 1/2 inches long. He is beautiful! When John came out and told us the news we were all ASTONISHED at how big he was. Katie is amazing! After about an hour we were able to go in and meet Charlie. Katie looked fresh as a daisy, you would never have known she had just given birth to an 11 pound baby. Bob gets his turn.

My Small Town Life. Wednesday, March 23, 2011. For the past 3 months these lovely young ladies have been receiving a lot of my attention and this blog has received none. These were the participants in the Distinguished Young Women of Shafter scholarship program (formerly Shafter's Junior Miss) and they did a great job last Friday night. Now that their program is over I can catch my breath and get back to my real life. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). This Week For Dinner.
