Why does my pet have to stay overnight following surgery if the clinic is not staffed? If for any reason the doctor feels the pet should be monitored during their recovery process, the pet would be referred to the Veterinary Emergency Center South for overnight observation and monitoring. Do I have to pay the bill when my pet is seen, or will I be billed?
