We are able to model components in 3D and create 2D DXF data which is then used to program CNC machinery to cut any sheet material. Depending on the material, intended use, and edge finish required, the CNC machine is a routing, waterjet or laser cutter. These parts can be emailed for approval in 2D PDF, 3D PDF or DWG formats. Case study: Fireback, 1 off lasercut 3mm stainless steel profile. Finished profile in situ.
