Friday, May 29, 2015. 60th Anniversary Trip, Pt. 13. I sure miss the historic Carnation Plaza Gardens, but I have to admit that Fantasy Faire was done beautifully. At night, it looks even more magical. The interior of the Royal Theatre:. The animatronic was working beautifully. Wanted posters for Flynn Rider from "Tangled.". And then I moved over to the Castle to enjoy the gorgeous lighting. The ostentatious 60th Anniversary decor looks better at night. Pay attention, you hear? The animated "Make it pink!

Zooming in you can see the office of Don Martin School of Radio Arts and a Medical Building. Wonder what field of Medicine? A contemporary shot of the same area. I secretly hoped that the gentleman in the hat was Walt, but upon closer examination, I don't believe so. Although Walt wore hats like that, the face and body seem a bit off. It is only fitting that in honor of my first post (June 4, 2006), which featured this Clown, that I zoom in for a closeup. I have had two readers (the first being Patrick from " Stuff From The Park. Back on my first post, I didn't really have much sense of the history and other things that were a part of the vintage Disneyland-mania that has spawned a hundred or more blogs since Patrick at Stuff from the Park.
