Friday, July 26, 2013. Time is flying by! Everyday Micah reminds me of Owen as a baby, mainly in appearance but quirky little behaviors too. They both had this funny little stretch when they first wake up that involved arching of the back, puckering the lips, and sticking up their bottom. Wednesday, October 23, 2013. Whoa We're Halfway There! How many of you are singing the rest of the chorus right now? Whoa-oooo living on a prayer, living on a prayer). So there have been many a day that I know I've gotten through by the power of prayer and the Lord's grace. Then, I look up and this little butter bean of mine is six whole months old! Where has the time gone? No seriously where did it go? I had to look at old pictures to verify that she was indeed a newborn at one point, it is all a blur.

Friday, April 19, 2013. My finals were over last week, and I got to celebrate when my sister, some family, and friends threw me and baby girl an adorable luncheon. Then the nesting kicked in! I detailed the interior of our car, installed the car seat, scrubbed two bathrooms, polished all of the wood in the apartment, cleaned the carpets, and pretty much annihilated every spec of dust and dog hair in the place.
