The Angell Herald: January 2012
http://theangellherald.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 5, 2012. We enjoyed making Gingerbread houses with the Nelsons again this year. Michael wowed us all when he constructed a house with 8 sides and a domed roof. On Christmas Eve day, we watched “Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol” (very intense) and eating a super yummy sushi dinner at Shogun. We ended the evening with our favorite movie about Christmas - “Nativity Story.". Setting up the tables for donations: clothes, shoes, toiletries. The food is ready to go! Megan trying to stay warm.

The Angell Herald: Argentina Trip part 2 (be sure to read part 1 first)
http://theangellherald.blogspot.com/2012/11/argentina-trip-part-2.html
Thursday, November 22, 2012. Argentina Trip part 2 (be sure to read part 1 first). Monday, November 5th. The flight to Iguazu was exciting! The pilot circled the falls so we could get a birds eye view. We landed around 7pm, found a ride to our hotel (cost 120 pesos) and checked in. We only planned 24 hours in Iguazu, so we exchanged some money at the hotel (best rate so far), walked around the city, found the bus station, and went to bed. The view from the airplane. Tuesday, November 6th. The Greg and La...

The Angell Herald: November 2012
http://theangellherald.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 24, 2012. Because we were strapped after the Argentina trip, we decided to go the cheap route in New York. Instead of renting a car, or taking taxis, we bought a metrocard unlimited pass ($29 each) and rode the subway, tram and bus. Even from the airport to the hotel! It was so fun to be spontaneous and make decisions on the fly. One of us would say, "let's go check out ," and we'd look at the subway map, figure out the route, and go. It was so fun! The weekend was an absolute blast!

The Angell Herald: September 2011
http://theangellherald.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 23, 2011. Better late than never! Why did it take so long for us to see Wicked? It is an amazing musical and now officially #2 on our family list of favorites. (Les Miserables being #1). When I found out that Wicked was coming to Atlanta six months ago, I was ecstatic! In order to get the best seats at the best price, I had to buy through group sales. So I recruited enough friends to have a total of 22. And the seats were fantastic! So excited to see the show! The map of oz. Wednesday, ...

http://theangellherald.blogspot.com/2012/08/another-adult-in-family-nick-turns-18.html
Monday, August 6, 2012. Another adult in the family! I can't believe it! I am a mother of 3 adults, and my baby just started High School! It's just too surreal. Ok, on to our main subject - Nicholas! For dinner, Nick wanted to stay home and requested that mom and dad cook Shrimp Curry Udon. (one of my favorites). And dessert was Fudge Brownie Sundaes. Yummy! What a fun celebration! Now, it's time to prepare for his freshman year at Georgia Tech. It starts in 2 weeks! The Greg and Lauralee Angell Family.

The Angell Herald: Painting project complete!
http://theangellherald.blogspot.com/2012/08/painting-project-complete.html
Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Finally, after 8 years in this house, we ripped off the wallpaper and painted the bathrooms. Michael was Greg's biggest helper, but Nick and Megan took their turn with a brush as well. Here are some before and after pictures:. These pictures were taken before we bought the house. The stuff you see belongs to the previous owner. See the dark green peeling wallpaper. Taking off the dark green wallpaper brightened up the room. And, we updated the shower last year.

The Angell Herald: Megan's in High School?
http://theangellherald.blogspot.com/2012/08/megans-in-high-school.html
Monday, August 6, 2012. Megan's in High School? Yes, my baby girl is in High School! She has blossomed over the last few years and even grown a few inches. She measured 5'6" at her most recent doctor's appt. I just don't like the idea that she is already in high school. Before I know it, she'll be gone! First Day of High School. I know a few of you are wondering, "Wait a minute. When did she turn 14? Did I miss reading about her birthday? The morning of her birthday, Nicholas kidnapped her and took her t...
