Saturday, April 7, 2012. A few days ago we had some nice Springish days. Yesterday, however, winter came back a vengeance. 3" of snow in one day and all the fluffy down jackets in storage! Dave is an Easter chicken and says peep. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Dave comes from Ireland, he was a dog admitted into Monaghan Dog Pound as a stray. Friday, March 28, 2014. Dave eats Panda for breakfast. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Dave comes from Ireland, he was a dog admitted into Monaghan Dog Pound as a stray. He was never reclaimed by his owner and was due to be destroyed. Carrick Dog Shelter took over his care and prepared him for re-homing. He was chosen by Hundar Utan Hem, a Swedish charity, to bring to Sweden. We saw him on their website and the rest is history! Dave eats Panda for breakfast. Elisa Heleä - Design/Illustration.

Saturday, April 19, 2014. A Match Show was held on the 18th of April and organised by the Finnish Danish-Swedish Farmdog Association. The sun was shining and, so it seems, was Dave. He came away with a 3rd place ribbon! Considering we initially just went along to see some Danish-Swedish Farmdogs and relax in the spring sun with other dog owners, that's quite a decent result. 3rd place is not bad for the very first Match Show of his life. Highlights from the event:. Dave's name is on the sheet!

Alligators have sensitive jaws. May 31, 2017. It’s hard to imaging an animal that is so big and covered with armored skin to be sensitive to anything. Yet the skin around the top of the snout and along the jaws is more sensitive than our finger tips. They can detect touch that is too faint for our fingers to feel.
