497 ready to cross the trestle at Lobato on October 13, 2002. 497 heads across while 463 waits with the train. 463 ready to cross as soon as 497 clears. 463 bring the train across. The double header continues it's climb as it heads towards the road crossing. Working hard heading towards Cumbres.

Here we are in Silverton and the crew is tying down our consist so that the 315 can participate in the meet at the depot. The second train pulled by the 480 is backing down to the wye to be turned. The first train pulled by 481 is backing into position for the meet at the depot.

Kozo K27 Driver Components. The driver boxes have been bored to fit the axles and slotted to fit in the frame. The oil cellars have also been cut in the bottom piece and the tops have been machined to accept the spring pin. The corners have also been chamfered to 45 degrees. August 1, 2015. The spring keeper pins have been machined and fitted to the driver boxes. August 8, 2015. The first main driver crank pin has been machined and fitted. August 8, 2015. Lead Truck Page 3.

Railfest 2008 Night Shoot. This was my first attempt at a night shoot with all of the necessary equipment (tripod, remote release and etc). I had also spent some time playing with the "bulb" setting on my camera before hand. Here we have the first photo op as a trio of narrow gauge locomotives sit in front of the Durango roundhouse. August 22, 2008. For our next shoot the 315 is set up on the table to provide a nice profile shot. For this shot we also get a little whistle action.
