Final Chemo done and dusted (pardon the pun of ‘dust’! April 22, 2016. Fourth time round Chemo has been physically easier to manage. I think this is because we knew what to expect, there wasn’t any new symptoms and the Steroids helped massively (if I had only had them after each chemo for 7-10 days! The fact that I haven’t lost any hair throughout so I look like ‘Daddy’ is a real benefit especially for the kids. Further next steps, is also an appointment with my surgeon (Mr Waller) on the 10th May in Lei...

Well after 2 biopsy’s; diagnosis of terminal cancer; surgery to remove my left lung with a 1 in 20 chance of death; 4 gruelling Chemo sessions; the day is about to arrive that I thought at many times was the impossible ……I start back at work tomorrow on a phased return! From the bottom of our hearts we thank you all.
