Love Will Tear Us Apart: October 2011
http://jacobwendy.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Love Will Tear Us Apart. October 30, 2011. My family is SO COOL. This is them dressed up as the noble denizens of the mushroom kingdom at my parent's ward's trunk or treat last night:. That's my dad is Waluigi, my sister Amalie as Princess Daisy, my sister Alena as Princess Peach, my mom as Rosalina, and my nephews Kanoa and Kaimi as Mario and Luigi. Then here's a picture of the decoration they made for their car (watched over by Willy Wonka, of course):. Jacob I. McMillan. October 21, 2011. Since I cont...

Love Will Tear Us Apart: vacaaaations
http://jacobwendy.blogspot.com/2013/07/vacaaaations.html
Love Will Tear Us Apart. July 10, 2013. We got a visit from Uncle Kip and Aunt Brittany which consisted mostly of lazy beach days, our favorite kind of days. Holden finally had someone to reenact scenes from Star Wars with and Sissy clung to Brittany like.a very clingy one year old. This is the beach in Randy and Brooklyn's backyard. It's called Backyards. Seriously. It only took 3 years of being a resident but we finally went to the Polynesian Cultural Center while Randy and Brooklyn babysat. Uncle Rick...

Love Will Tear Us Apart: December 2013
http://jacobwendy.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Love Will Tear Us Apart. December 17, 2013. In Mr Jackson's Defense. The Hobbit is one of my all-time favorite fantasy books and I never imagined being able to love it more than I already do. That is, until I saw the second installment of Mr. Jackson's trilogy. To prove how much I support the film, I wanted to outline exactly what I admired most about his adaptation. Be kind, rewind. Orcs, orcs everywhere. Many protagonists are better than one. Consistently creepy and racist. Sell it to the ladies. 8211;...

Love Will Tear Us Apart: November 2011
http://jacobwendy.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Love Will Tear Us Apart. November 27, 2011. The Dancing Queens of Funky Town. We've been watching Malcolm in the Middle to ease the Bryan Cranston withdrawals while Breaking Bad is between seasons. I have to say the show hits a little too close to home sometimes, the way the mom punishes her boys especially. Then we came across an episode where Malcolm wants a pair of roller blades but is forced to first take skating lessons from his dad who used to skate competitively. I'm afraid the answer is yes.

Love Will Tear Us Apart: September 2012
http://jacobwendy.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Love Will Tear Us Apart. September 6, 2012. We flew to Kauai over Labor Day weekend to stay in the cottages at Barking Sands. I say cottages but they had full kitchens, wi-fi, and cable. Plus with it being a military installation, we had miles and miles of beach to ourselves. That afternoon we drove to Waimea Canyon which is a smaller, greener version of the Grand Canyon. Then it was back to the beach. I loved how apprehensive Jacob's family was about swimming on a Sunday but we rebels led the wa...We ch...

Love Will Tear Us Apart: July 2012
http://jacobwendy.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Love Will Tear Us Apart. July 1, 2012. Oh crap. We're screwed. Aw man. Come on. Why now? How can you do this to us? Didn't you like rolling around on the floor and being carried everywhere? That wasn't good enough for you? You had to get ahead of yourself. Oh well. I guess we'll just have to never stop watching you. It's OK. We love you anyway. Jacob I. McMillan. Pappy's Pages: Garage Selling Days Are Here Again
http://pappyyokum.blogspot.com/2008/06/garage-selling-days-are-here-again.html
Words of Wisdom From Dogpatch's Most Underrated Citizen. Tuesday, June 10, 2008. Garage Selling Days Are Here Again. Now, let the games begin. Someone finds somethin' they like and then you haggle over a price and finally settle on somethin' way lower than you anticipated 'cause you knew that it meant one less item you would have to cart off to the local thrift store. Now that's the way we adults in the West do it. (Please put the emphasis on adults.). They must be listenin' to their pa too much. Yes it ...

Love Will Tear Us Apart: April 2012
http://jacobwendy.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Love Will Tear Us Apart. April 24, 2012. Cat people 1st beach day. There's this outlaw cat who lives on our street. Just roams the neighborhood like he don't even care. Of course, Holden struck up a friendship with this animal. Kindred spirits and everything. For awhile, this friendship was limited to Holden simply signing "cat" (which he does by pinching his own cheek really hard) and giggling at it. But then he started doing something different. Luckily, she'll be growing up twice as fast as him. Last ...

Words of Wisdom From Dogpatch's Most Underrated Citizen. Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Adobe - McDonalds of the 21st Century. Do you remember a time when McDonalds wouldn't let you order a hamburger any special way, you had to take it the way they made it? Do you remember how Burger King responded? Have It Your Way" was the line and Burger King found themselves quickly eatin' (pun intended) into McDs market share. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Best Slam of all Time. Please go watch this video before reading any of my blogs. If you do not get the chills then please, go. I have nothing more to offer you. http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? Tuesday, September 11, 2007. September 11th in the public Schools. Well, that is exactly what has happened in our public schools today with regards to 9/11. Most schools wouldn't recognize or even acknowledge the memory of that most infamous day. I say SCREW THAT! Angry Good for you. Those kids need to know what...
