Monday, November 12, 2007. Shivering wet under a huge fallen tree I was. Went up another high hill today to try to get a phone line but a rain shower pushed us off the top, so I trudged all the way down nearly feeling a fever! Later had a great time photographing the kids, the men playing takraw, the girls, and playing with them (one small kid fell asleep in my lap as I watched the game-gorgeous little one). They've watched ACTS through twice here (on 3 vcd's) -so it was worth hauling the petrol up here!

Three days deep in the mountains, going by 4wd up a road that's no more than a worn out dirt track (channels cut out in the dirt by rain-water and granite boulders pose driving problems!
