Hold on 'cause it is a whirlwind. Tuesday, December 30, 2008. To celebrate our anniversary, graduation and the fall term of school being done, I surprised Chris with a trip on the Mt. Hood Railroad. The 4 hour train ride travels from Hood River to the base of Mt. Hood and back. When everyone was in Issaquah for Kia's wedding last August we finally made our 1st trip to the XXX burger stand. The food was great and we were able to see what XXX really stood for. It referred to their triple extra large portions. Life As We Know It. Tuesday, July 22, 2008. We all went wrong with drinking about 2 qts. of pink lemonade each! Basically, we all took home the majority of the main course. The homemade rolls were to die for too. I'd highly recommend this little place, if you happen to be out in that middle of no where area! Oh, and you have to call ahead and make reservations, because they are booked! Ready for our trip on the river. Outside the Cowboy Dinner Tree with Ryan and Marley. Playing a round of horseshoes.

Life As We Know It. Friday, August 14, 2009. It's been so long. Wowwhen nursing school started this last fall, I stopped blogging! I had hoped to try to keep it going this summer, but I don't know where the time went! I will try to update you on our lives before school starts back up at the end of September! Hold on 'cause it is a whirlwind. Sunday, January 27, 2008. There is something about snow that makes me feel like a kid inside. Chris and I woke up to giant snow flakes falling outside and so we jumped out of bed, put on our rarely used snow gear and went for a walk around the neighborhood.
