An empty nest but full hearts. Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Spending time with Hannah and Charlie. Hannah and Charlie are so special and have such great personalities. Hannah is very busy and has a great imagination which she can verbalize very well. Charlie is such a sweet baby! He is very mellow and happy all the time. He started " cruizin. Around furniture while I was there and will soon be making life much more interesting for his big sister. Hannah is a big helper! Now I know it is a blessing to all!

An empty nest but full hearts. Sunday, June 28, 2009. Salsa Chicken and Orange Chipolte Ribs. We really enjoyed this dish today after church. It was pretty quick and very tasty! Try it, you'll like it! 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil. 1 medium zucchini, quartered. 1 medium summer squash, quartered. 1 red bell pepper, chopped. 1 small onion, chopped. 1 garlic clove, minced. 1 lb chicken, cut into bite size pieces. 1 pack taco seasoning mix. 1 small can fire roasted green chilis. 3 pounds beef or pork ribs.

I decided a few weeks ago that Christmas was entirely too long before I was going to see her again. Patrick also called and asked if there was any way I could come to visit. How cool!
