I went this morning to the tournament, and to my surprise, all these non-athletic looking guys were all decked out in their sweatbands, sleeveless shirts, and kneepads. They came ready to play! Kyle and Hilary Nielsen. Saturday, February 18, 2012. I know it is February and I have fallen off the blog wagon for a couple of months but this is my attempt to get back on, starting with Thanksgiving! We spent our first Thanksgiving in Louisville and it was great! We were able to spend this great day with our friends the Snyders and the Bakers. The food was fantastic! Everyone really nailed their part of the meal, especially the pies. I think we had enough pies for everyone to have their own!

Monday, May 18, 2015. Emily went above and beyond for Bennet's first birthday. I was amazed at what she had planned for the kids at the party and all the activities and goodies she had for them. Of course the theme was hunting and we all got to wear camo, which I loved. It was fun to get to see Will's parents and all of Emily's family and the food was amazing! On the way home we walked past the boulder city bowling alley and decided to play a game. I won't say who won, but we had a lot of fun! I used electrical wire to make the outside have a form, and then used fishing wire to make it hang on the roof. For Halloween at work we had a costume contest with prizes. Wednesday, May 27, 2015. As a kid you never think about Christmas Lights the way you do as a home owner. First you have to buy them, which is an expense, and then to keep them on is an expense.
