David and Shawna

Saturday, May 19, 2012. Three new things happened this week. 1) David and I started training for a half marathon. We don't have an actual race picked out (most of the big races in the East happen on a Sunday, so we can't choose those races), but we still started training. Week 1 is done! 11 more weeks to go. yikes! Let's hope I continue pushing forward with this training schedule. 2) We put a mouse trap behind our portable dishwasher. About a week later I pulled out the dishwasher again and found 3 more ...

David and Shawna: November 2011

http://www.davidandshawna.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html

Sunday, November 6, 2011. There are many wonderful things about living in Philadelphia. (I tell myself these things on a daily basis so I don't get too down about living in a new place, very far away from family and friends.) Here are a few of the things that I have really enjoyed while being here in Philly. 1) Produce Junction - I can buy 2 lbs of red peppers for $2. That's even better than Winco's prices! David next to the monument. Alvin Smith's grave- with restoration grave around it. After we walked...
