Then There Were Three. World Famous San Diego Zoo. After two trips to the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, we thought it was time to head to the main zoo. So today we drove down to Balboa Park to visit our animal friends. While not as big as the safari park, the zoo is pretty massive, especially when you have little kids that want to be carried. Then There Were Three. A Saturday Scooter Ride. When Christmas is in the middle of the week and your dad has to go to work the day after and your mom is taking care of you tiny bayb sister, that means you have to wait until the Saturday after Christmas to really break in your Christmas loot. Then There Were Three. Here are Jonas's three year old pictures. We got out timing a little off this year. Normally we'll do them on or right before his birthday but this year we did them after his party which was a couple weeks after his actual birthday. Then There Were Three. As usual, we had a good Easter. After church we got together at Nana and Pop's house for dinner and the annual Easter egg hunt. Since we'll be moving south for a new job in a week, this is our last Easter here in Orange County. We've had a lot of good memories, Easter and otherwise, but we're looking forward to the next chapter. The kids wearing their Easter best. Just the girls and their matching dresses. Then There Were Three. Evangeline can now stand on her own. She's been doing it for a while but today I had the camera ready so I was able to capture it for posterity. Then There Were Three. It's Only Rock N' Roll But They Like It. We had a Family Fender Friday with the kids today. They'll behave extraordinarily well if they can have some guitar time. Then There Were Three. Back to the Safari Park. Today we went back to the Safari Park. With the heat we only stayed for a couple hours last time which isn't enough to see everything there. Our first stop this time was the tiger trail. This tiger doesn't mind if you get close. I asked this tiger why my Frosted Flakes were so good and he said it's because, "They're great! Then There Were Three. Today we got together with Kira's family to celebrate February birthdays. We all got together at Nana and Pop's house for some food, fun and, of course, cake and ice cream. The kids really enjoyed playing with their cousins. Ever since Lucía was able to figure out the swings for herself, she won't pass up an opportunity to show us how high she can go without any help.
