These were just one of the many new orleans traditions we were lucky enough to try during our 4 days there. We also had beignets, chicory coffee, hubigs pies, sno cones, daiquiris, zapp’s potato chips, buying whiskey from drugstores, PO boys, including the awe inspiring 32 inch po boys.
