David Rosenberg: September 2008
http://davidbrosenberg.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 22, 2008. Light emitting diodes, commonly known as LEDs, have been in existence since the 1960's. Early versions could be found in flashlights, Christmas lighting, as well as toys and electronics. The technology continues to evolve, and as it does LEDs are becoming a replacement option in many different situations. In addition to the appeal of low energy usage and longevity, LEDs have the benefit of providing a "warm" light versus "cool" light, along with the availability of using diffe...

David Rosenberg: October 2008
http://davidbrosenberg.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 16, 2008. Light emitting diodes, commonly called LEDs, are real unsung heroes in the electronics world. They do dozens of different jobs and are found in all kinds of devices. Among other things, they form the numbers on digital clocks. Transmit information from remote controls. Light up watches and tell you when your appliances are turned on. Collected together, they can form images on a jumbo television screen. Or illuminate a traffic light. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://kin-jing-ly.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 11, 2009. Well like I said, I've been meaning to throw down some more design bits and here it is! Well to be precise it's an upgraded version of a telescopic straw, it's a periscope straw! Yes, many of you may be wondering why I'm talking about a straw of all things. Well, our generic straws that we use are usually one long singular tube or the smaller version U shaped straws we see on poppers. Has anyone ever wondered how they make straws? By using a crimping machine of course! B) Ok so ...

John Murdoch: user scenario
http://john-murdoch.blogspot.com/2008/08/user-scenario.html
Thursday, August 7, 2008. I had to try and get into the mind set of a retired person who was interested in back packing. this lead me to write a somewhat long winded user scenario. Peter was a teacher, which afforded him the flexibility to take long holidays with his children during their upbringing. As they were never very rich they opted to take camping holidays out in the bush or in caravan parks. On holidays they enjoyed going to the beach, fishing and hiking. Kin Jing Ly: July 2008
http://kin-jing-ly.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 31, 2008. Hmm, baby boomers actually are only just heading towards the retirement age, not retired as of yet. So that brings up the question, are they backpacking for long service leave? Are they backpacking because they want to before they are too old to do so? Do they have enough money to do so? Whilst they are able to access superannuation funds at 55, do they have enough in the bank? Are there actually any boomers that are retired now between the age of 55 to 65 that are. Edit] Hmm, mi...

DAVID BROSS
I've started my career as a freelance photoreporter in 2005. Back then, at 17 years old, I made a journey of 5000kms visiting almost all the tibetan refugees camps in India and Nepal until Lhassa the "capital" of Tibet. A year later, this work became a book called SOS Tibet and has been prefaced by Claude B. Levenson the official Dalai Lama's biographer. Few month after, I went back to Kathmandu to cover the end of the Nepali civil's war for NewsFront a local newspaper.
