Use USB MultiBoot 10.cmd to prepare a usb thumb drive ( works with drives over 2GB in size ) download here. During this process the windows XP setup will be copied from the CD to the thumb drive. Create a directory on the thumb drive called other-dell-drivers and copy the contents of the dell drivers CD into it. Reboot mini 9 from thumb drive and then load windows in gui mode.
